Your Tasks + You will be engaged in delivering HR reports, analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness. + Preparation of HR documentations and presentations. + You will be involved in soft HR projects that enhance the overall employee experience across the company. + Support the HR Business Partner on HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent development, career development, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. + Work closely with Labor Relations and HR Policies Country Coordinator to ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
