We focus on developing our leaders to spearhead our culture and growth, so you'll be supported and mentored to deliver the right plans to drive business performance - and we'll celebrate the results with you along the way. **About the role** Drive the HR Share Service-wide strategy, governance, and execution of document and information management practices. Partner with IT to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient handling of all HR Shared Services documentation across global locations. **Your responsibilities** + Define and implement the global document management strategy, lifecycle policies, and taxonomy. + Collaborate with IT on system requirements, access controls, security protocols, and compliance standards. + Lead the setup, configuration, and governance of tools (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive). + Establish standards for version control, retention, archival, and disposal of documents. + Conduct regular audits to ensure policy adherence and mitigate risk. + Provide training and support to regional teams on document policies and tools. + Partner with IT&D, Legal, Compliance, and Data Privacy teams on regulatory requirements, etc. **The experience we're looking for** + Bachelor’s degree in information management, IT, or related field. + 4+ years in document management, governance, or information compliance. + Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, OneDrive), DMS platforms, or ECM systems. + Strong understanding of data privacy and records retention regulations. + Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with IT and Legal. **The skills for success** Data and Analytics, HR Process Improvement; Process management; HR Process improvement, Storytelling; Data led storytelling, Organisational structure, Change management, Execute plans, Strategic mindset, Employment engagement, Coaching skills, Digital literacy, Commercial acumen, Courageous leadership. **What we offer** With inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
