Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience leading cross-functional change initiatives in an enterprise organization or program management. Experience leading or managing programs while working with cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English. Preferred qualifications: Experience in the design and delivery of in-person Change Management training programs and in creating virtual Change Management training modules. Knowledge of the Prosci Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) methodology or other organizational change management methodologies. Ability to execute on creating business messages, enablement/training materials, measuring adoption, and managing resistance to change. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems. Excellent people management and influencing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. About the job

As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a change landing strategy and plan with the goal of maximizing field adoption of changes within Google Cloud. You will have to create a change management strategy and landing plan. Google Cloud accelerates every organizations ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities Support and engage executive leaders to provide active, visible, and coordinated sponsorship. Support the design and development of messages documents and ensure the communications lead has input to draft and deliver communications. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. Evaluate and ensure field readiness. Create a change impact assessment that addresses systems, process, and job role impact. Define success measures, track and report adoption, and monitor change progress.
