As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a change landing strategy and plan with the goal of maximizing field adoption of changes within Google Cloud. You will have to create a change management strategy and landing plan. Google Cloud accelerates every organizations ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Googles cutting-edge technology and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Responsibilities Support and engage executive leaders to provide active, visible, and coordinated sponsorship. Support the design and development of messages documents and ensure the communications lead has input to draft and deliver communications. Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. Evaluate and ensure field readiness. Create a change impact assessment that addresses systems, process, and job role impact.
