**Job summary** We are seeking a dedicated Syncade Recipe Author with 3 to 6 years of experience . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development configuration and maintenance of electronic batch records (EBRs) within the Syncade Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role involves creating and customizing recipes to ensure efficient and accurate manufacturing processes adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory requirements **Responsibilities** + Recipe Development: Design and develop manufacturing recipes using Syncade MES to support production operations.- + Configuration and Testing: Configure and test recipes to ensure they meet operational requirements and are free of errors. + Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all recipes and associated processes. Oversee the integration of Syncade MES with other enterprise systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy. Work closely with cross-functional teams including production quality assurance and IT to gather requirements and ensure alignment with manufacturing processes. Identify and resolve issues related to recipe execution and system performance. Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving Syncade MES-related issues. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability. Train end-users on Syncade MES functionalities and best practices to maximize system utilization. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user satisfaction. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong understanding of Syncade MES and its application in manufacturing environments. + Demonstrate experience in integrating MES with other enterprise systems. + Display strong communication skills to effectively train and support end-users. Exhibit a strong understanding of standard operating procedures and guidelines in a manufacturing context. **Certifications Required** Certified Syncade MES Professional or equivalent certification.
