If you are a great communicator, know how to prioritize, and understand the importance of confidentiality and collaboration, then we have an opportunity for you in our Ljubljana office! **General Service Specialist & Consumer Services Support** **temporary replacement** **A day in the life of a General Service Specialist & Consumer Services Support** You will be the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects Nestlé’s values. Your role spans a wide range of activities, supporting multiple functions and keeping the office running smoothly: + Answering consumer inquiries and handling feedback through our call center + Supporting HR with onboarding, offboarding and employee documentation + Coordinating company car fleet, travel arrangements, couriers and office supply needs + Managing facility-related tasks and vendor coordination + Creating purchase orders and processing invoices for multiple departments + Organizing meetings and internal events – from planning to execution + Handling incoming and outgoing mail, contracts, and internal communication updates + Acting as a SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) champion for our Ljubljana office + Providing support to IT, Finance, and other cross-functional teams Every day is dynamic and different – and you’ll be the key person that keeps everything running behind the scenes. **What will make you successful?** + University degree and previous experience in administration, office coordination or customer service (ideally 2+ years) + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset + Well-organized, detail-focused and strong sense of responsibility and integrity when handling confidential information + Collaborative team player who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders + Confident user of MS Office + Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken **What are you waiting for?** If you are interested in this career opportunity and what to join our team, **please submit your application.** We review all applications on an ongoing basis, so please do not delay your submission.
