Do you have long-term experience in the smartphone industry, and can you help us grow? Are you a trusted people leader who can bring your knowledge to our team? Motorola is the fastest growing brand in Nordics and we are looking for you - a motivated leader to keep this growing momentum. 

In this new role, you will be a part of our Motorola smartphone team and you will be responsible for the Nordics business. 

You will lead a team of our key account managers. You will have a mission to grow our sales, and motivate & develop your team members. You will be in charge of defining our business strategy for Nordics with our main customers and delivering results as planned.


What will be your responsibilities once you join our team?

Be responsible for handling P&L and assist in the resolution of market access and customer issues as necessaryLead local team to ensure profitable business growth in the market and bring the organization to the next levelReport business status to the EMEA levelIdentify, develop, and close key sales opportunities with new customersResponsible for sales and marketing strategy planning and executionProduce and deliver formal business proposals and presentations to targeted customer baseCreate and present customer proposals and quotations where applicableCreate cooperative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models to drive growthResearch, define & recommend an overall "go to market" strategy

Position Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of business management experience; People management skillsExperience with technology products, ideally from the Phone industryStrong & demonstrable commercial/customer understanding; Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales modelsExperience with customers/channel partners – confident to present & engage withExcellent analytical and communication skills; Comfortable with financial management and P&LsGood networking skills and ability to work in matrix organization Dynamic and proactive, with a positive outlook. Self-driven and motivatedFluency in English language, also Swedish language is preferred 

Organization:

You will be reporting to the Vice President / General Manager of EMEA MBG.

The position requires presence in our Kista office.
