The Position
In this position, your main responsibilities, will be as following:
Serve as the Training Process Owner and provide guidance on training-related matters.
Deliver engaging training sessions to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify specific training needs.
Foster a team environment by providing constructive feedback and support.
Participate actively in knowledge-sharing meetings to enhance team learning.
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields such as Instructional Design, Education, or Project Management, along with at least 2 years of experience in designing and implementing function-specific training programs, ideally within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
In addition, you have:
Strong skills in training design and organizational learning.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in training content.
Fluent Italian and English skills, both written and spoken
