Role Summary:

This personnel is responsible for meeting business objectives while handling daily fulfilment operationsSupport commercial needs by driving fulfilment related activitiesIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that maximize cost saving and operation efficiencyResponsible for daily task operations, customer service, custom clearance and monitor distributor performance and KPI monitoringThis personnel will possess strong communication and people-influencing skills in support of strategic initiatives both within the supply chain organization and across the business units

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Fulfilment Activities

4PL/3PL new part creationMonthly expired/write off validation & approvalSoftcopy filing for SCM docs (PO, GR, Invoice, PL, etc)Submission of docs to financeFreight billing recon with forwardersUpdate billing trackerReview incoming shipment delays and escalate to plannerCOO, Form D endorsement & CourierPerform related SO creation, GR & Invoicing transaction in JDEMay support additional countries outside of PH (eg: Indonesia, etc)

Distributor Coordination

Work with Distributor for operation coordinationProcess billing and credit note to distributorReconciliation & 3 way check for all PO/GRInbound damage report validation & approval

Import & Export

Import coordination with 3PL/4PLProvide ship docs as required (PL, Invoice, COA)Coordinate with carrier,forwarder and distributor for import containerCarrier - NOA for inbound containerForwarder - HS Code, Import permit3PL/4PL - inbound container delivery to warehouseEmail CIPL to 3PL/4PL

Travelling Patient Support

Coordinate travelling patient order & book transaction in JDEEmail communication between distributor & customer for travel  requestCreation in GTC for approvalInterco  travel patient invoice creation billing and OK PO receipt

QA Support

QA Hold FCA to extract traceability by lot number, quantity and import date in JDEQA Hold FCA to extract distribution by lot number, quantity and import date in SAP DKSHQA return to supplier due to QA holdQA Quality discard write off in JDE and DKSH to discard with COD

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics Management is preferred but not mandatoryAPICS CPIM or CSCP certification highly desirableComplete, in depth understanding of all aspects of the supply chain process including fulfilment order processing, logistic, transport, warehousing, import & export operationsCustomer service experience and system familiarity preferredEmbraces change, challenges status quo and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes. Creates tools that help simplify job tasks and shares these with othersRelated experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Manufacturing environment or related production industry experience preferred.Related experience in managing with multiple planning (ERP) systems and interfaces.Working knowledge of inventory and order/purchasing systemsWorking knowledge of Microsoft based systems; mastery of Excel is a must
