Key Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for developing chemical solutions to the engaging customers to meet the technical requirements on semiconductor cleaning or treatment solution. The engaging partners are mainly but not limited to R&D/production functions within Global IC FABs.This role will be responsible for methodology development and improvement to simulate customer in line test results, formulating chemical products to solve customer technical challenges, presenting data to customers, and communicating with customers to develop new products for DuPont Advanced Cleans business.This role is responsible for communicating and collaborating with different functions in the whole product development cycle, including Marketing/Account/Application/Quality/scale-up Engineering/Manufacturing/EHS, etc., to deliver the robust products to the market.Qualifications:
He or she needs to have a Ph.D. or master degree by training in the field of Chemistry or Polymer or Chemical Engineering or Material Science and Engineering, or master degree with relevant research experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in research and development area, understand the product development cycle from idea generation, proof of concept, development, testing to product launch and continuous improvement.Experience and knowledge in electrochemistry or chemicals/polymers analytical methods will be a plus.Experience and knowledge in post chemical mechanical polishing (PCMP), or semiconductor clean chemistry will be a plus.Good project management skills, teamwork spirit and communication skills are highly recommended.Fluent in English.Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
