Food Safety & Quality Digital Transformation Lead – Europe
Job Description

The Digital Transformation Leader for the Europe Region is responsible for driving the strategic digitalization initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth. This role leads the adoption of emerging technologies, process automation, and data-driven decision-making to optimize business performance. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Digital Transformation Leader ensures alignment with global digital strategies while tailoring solutions to regional market needs. Key part of the role is to identify opportunities for digital innovation, manage change effectively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement. Role will report to Director FSQ Europe and can be based in Amsterdam area, or Nijmegen.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

1. Lead deployment & regional adoption of the Digital solutions

o Lead deployment roadmap and budget according to global strategy

o Execute core model of digital assets in the region with maximum level of adoption to local IT-ecosystem and Business processes

o Deploy digital solutions while ensuring high user adoption levels (waterfall, agile, hybrid)

o Collect and manage backlog for enhancements and improvements base on collected feedback

2. Support Design& Build of Digital Solutions being vocal leader of the region

o Partner the product design & build to deliver comprehensive Digital solutions according to needs

o Partner with regional leads, IT, business counterparts to strategize the domain, and ensure clear goals and priorities for the team

Evolve the design processes within the wider perspective considering other domains to ensure proper fit to application model of KraftHeinz.

o Nurture and champion the application lifecycle management within the region

3. Change management

o Ensure proper stakeholders communication within global functions & regions

o Monitor adoption & change management using standard methodologies

o Identify and address any challenges or resistance related to the adoption of new technologies and processes

Expected Experience & Required Skills

· 8+ years experience in project management in big CPG / FMCG organization.

· Deep experience in deployment of Digital solutions (QMS, LIMS, DMS solutions would be an asset)

· Deep knowledge of Food Safety Processes and taxonomy.

· Advance knowledge and proved working experience in different project management methodologies

· Moderate skills on planning and forecasting including Risk & mitigation management

· Cost & Budget management experience

· Fluent skills in project management software’s (Jira, Slack, Asana, ProjectView)

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces Additionally, this role requires location in Amsterdam area

· High level of communication skills with capabilities to present in front of company leadership team
