Hilton Malta is recruiting for a Food and Drink Supervisor to work mainly within Room service.  The position is available on a full-time basis.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nCoordinate the team members and ensure that Guest requests are fully met and exceeded\nEnsure compliance of Hilton Brand standards\nWork closely with the rest of the hotel operation in order to ensure a seamless experience for our Guests\nManage guest requests and changes in a timely and efficient manner\nAssist with achieving financial and Guest Satisfaction targets\n

We are looking for candidates with:

\n\nPrevious F&B experience in a supervisor level, preferably within a Room service Environment \nCommitment to delivering high levels of customer service\nA positive attitude\nGood communication skills\nLeadership skills\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and last-minute requests\nAbility to work alone and in teams\n\n
