Job Description

Hybrid - 02 days of home office

Be responsible to delivery all CVO relevant reports according calendars every month.

Sales strategy for Brazil. Monitoring SLA's Fleet operations, monitoring KPI's through vehicle status, monitoring and supporting operations with the supervisor of the contracted company, monitoring and validating strategies in local sales events (Brazil) - public auction, supporting strategies and monitoring sales time for each vehicle, never exceeding 30 days.

Management and support of used sales and fleet operations vendors. Lead and manage the operation with vendor’s supervisors to warranty the quality of services.

Brazil inventory optimization. Support in vehicle exchange strategies for Unassigned and Assigned vehicles, follow Up on non-saleable vehicles, control of vehicles in the process of accounting and physical destruction, disposal of vehicles stolen more than 6 months ago, support for central pool needs (increase or reduction), entry support and business Unit outputs.

Focal point for inventory and used sales for all CVO in GM south America. Support the leadership with analysis and strategy to help then take decisions. Make a business cases accord leaders requests and always.

Support local leader with E.C drivers team (vacations, control and support operations)



Additional Job Description

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance, logistic or related.

Intermediary to Advanced English level

Basic Spanish level (desirable – will have South America Spanish speaking contact)

POWER BI (required), Excel (required), PPT (required)

Background in fleet management
