Job Summary

Intern will assist Flavors Sample Lab Team on various processes like planning,
production and shipment.

1) Daily SAP System Routine Works
 Inventory Management in SAP
 Shop Floor Paper management
2) Samples Preparation for Shipment
 Checking the availability of samples in current inventory
 Repacking of Flavor Samples into customer required sizes.
3) Sample Library Management
 Weekly Cycle Count
 Stocks Inventory Management
 Housekeeping
4) Assisting in Preparing Shipping Documents such as SDS, Invoice,
Declarations, etc.
5) Assisting in projects with guidance and mentorship of supervisor
 Process Improvement (Kaizen, Lean & other Engineering Tools)
 Digitalization Projects
 Standard Operating Procedure and One Point Lesson Review and Updates
 Quality and Process Issues Troubleshooting, Gap and Root Cause Analysis,
CAPA establishment
 6S, Gemba Walk and Good Manufacturing Audits
 Training materials Preparation for Technical Topics for compounders
6) Monthly Report Generation
