Finance Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data. Each day, you will update budgets and forecasting models and identify trends and problems. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business outcomes.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tSupport monthly financial report package preparation in closing period, consolidate and analyze financial data to track and assess performance against targets and benchmarks. •\tProvide business analytical services and support business decisions and actions by profitability analysis, cost & expense analysis of different dimension •\tProvide other management, operation performance KPI and ad-hoc reports and analysis based on business requirements •\tConduct balance sheet review and valuation in general bad debt, warranty provisions, accrued /pre-paid expenses etc., support cash generation and NWC improvement by AR, AP, Inventory analysis. NWC dashboard. •\tFacilitate budgeting and forecasting process by communicating guidelines, timetables and templates •\tBenchmarking of processes, tools, and solutions in order to further optimize and standardize controlling activities •\tOptimizes own performance to increase productivity by developing automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements •\tEnsure processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and business requirements and maintaining proper audit trail and documentation for future internal & external audits and reviews.
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor’s Degree in Financial area or business administration \tMinimum 3 years’ experience in Finance related or process optimization related work \tGood analytical skills and ability to work independently Strong knowledge of business process practices \tStrong business process consultancy skills \tStrong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of organization \tStrong English listening and speaking ability\tStrong self-learning ability with strong self-drive\tStrong knowledge of business process practices Good analytical skills and ability to work independently. Knowledge on SAP project settings \tFamiliar with BI/PBI/other data analyst tool is a plus
