This job is part of the Advisory Operations & Strategy team which partners with senior leadership to implement short- and long-term strategic plans, working across business lines and geographies to drive process & program innovations, execute transformation initiatives and enhance strategic governance. **What You'll Do:** + Support the development of pricing models for client goals, contract renewals, and internal planning efforts. + Assist with financial analysis including cost breakdowns, margin assessments, and scenario modeling. + Prepare rate cards, staffing inputs, and pricing exhibits for inclusion in RFP responses and client presentations. + Maintain and update opportunity data in Salesforce and other CRM tools, ensuring accuracy of pipeline and pricing records. + Help track, organize, and maintain pricing-related terms in master service agreements (MSAs) and internal contract databases. + Collaborate with pursuit teams, finance and business leadership to ensure alignment between operational inputs and commercial outputs. + Contribute to the refinement of pricing tools, templates, and benchmarking data as part of ongoing process improvements. + Participate in commercial reviews and team meetings to provide updates on assigned pursuits and pricing status. + Support ad hoc reporting, trend analysis, and data validation initiatives across the commercial pricing function. + Participate in continuous learning opportunities to build knowledge of CBRE’s pricing strategy, service lines, and client solutions. **What You'll Need:** _To perform this job optimally, an individual will need to perform each critical duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Project Management Professional certification preferred. + Ability to use existing procedures to resolve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. + Intermediate math skills. The minimum salary for the Finance Programs Analyst position is $75,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for the Finance Programs Analyst position is $90,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.  Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
