The Chancery Rosewood – opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead our Finance team in the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting. This role will play a key part in ensuring operational excellence across the business by maintaining compliance, managing cash flow, supporting cross-functional teams, and coaching our Finance Associates. You'll work closely with the Assistant Director of Finance and be a trusted business partner across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop the Finance team to consistently deliver high-quality work
Prepare financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial health and liquidity
Submit quarterly VAT returns in line with HMRC deadlines
Partner with Operations and Support functions to drive commercial decision-making
Identify risks and propose effective, compliant solutions
Assist with annual compliance processes and external audits
Maintain and evolve financial policies and procedures
Stay informed of relevant accounting technologies and systems used across Rosewood Hotel Group
Support the success of the hotel through collaborative teamwork, brand integrity, and continuous improvement
About You
A confident and detail-oriented finance leader who is well-versed in UK accounting standards and hotel operations. You’ll bring strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a hands-on approach to managing people, process, and performance. Experience in hospitality or luxury service environments is highly valued.
