THE ROLE:

The Finance Manager role responsible for overseeing accounting and financial operations at new venues in our LATAM market and other financial reporting projects as assigned.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Work with Latin America Senior Vice President Group Reporting and Business Units to develop the annual budgetReview monthly forecast to ensure accurate timing, risk assessment and alignment with division objectivesDevelop an in-depth understanding of the key business drivers of the division and learn to forecast each line of businessPrepare and analyze key metrics for corporate reporting requirementsDevelop and maintain complex financial models to provide clear and comprehensive analysis for presentation to managementWork with team to identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementationAct as team lead for process mapping of new system implementationsPrepare ad-hoc analysis for Executive managementOther duties and special projects as assigned by SVP

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA is a plusCareer experience must include 7+ years in Accounting or Finance2-3 years of work experience in managing capex or asset as part of finance portfolioStrong analytical skills and financial acumen including experience building financial models and reports, working with data, managing forecasting and budgeting processesKnowledge of Finance/Accounting/GAAP principles and strong business acumen requiredBilingual in English/Spanish/ Portuguese is a plusLatin America experience a plusStrong understanding of the live entertainment and venue industrySuperior problem-solving and analytical skills with solutions-oriented approachPresents numerical data effectively and can read and interpret written informationWell-organized, self-driven and directed team player with eagerness to growExperience leading projects with demonstrated ability to produce results within timelinesEffectively manages and motivates team members in rapidly evolving, fast-paced cultureExperience with Oracle, SAP or other large automated accounting system requiredStrong knowledge of MS Office and advanced skills in Excel requiredHandles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence and good judgmentDemonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills; listens effectively, transmits information accurately, and actively seeks feedback
