This role of Finance Manager, provides strategic and operational financial support for the Cell Therapy business, focusing on portfolio strategy, performance analytics, and financial planning. The Finance Manager will play a key role in enabling profitable growth and driving financial rigor across functions. The position is based in Grens and will be an on-site role. What you will do: + Support strategic planning and portfolio reviews by delivering insights on KPIs, product profitability, and long-term P&L projections to inform business decisions. + Lead financial support and partner with R&D and Product Management teams to build business cases and evaluate investment returns. + Collaborate with Commercial Finance and FP&A on pricing strategy, margin analysis, market performance, and mitigation of cost headwinds to foster strong forecast accuracy and drive financial rigour in product portfolios + Manage core finance activities including forecasting, closing, functional spend reviews, and capital investment evaluations to ensure alignment with growth and productivity targets. ​ Who you are: + Experience working in a global business environment with understanding of global finance process and transactional flows while translating this knowledge into the strong ability to communicate complex business issues in a concise and professional manner to business leaders + Experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, Business Objects, etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup, etc) + Clear history of applying strong analytical skills, including the ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change + Demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects/process improvements within operations finance function along with the ability able to quickly grasp new ideas, being open to change in response to new information, unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations + Fluent in English and French #LI-MW1 Join our winning team today.
