Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance ERP Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with hands-on experience in SAP S4/HANA. This role is pivotal in ensuring our financial processes are optimized and aligned with our business objectives.•\tAct as SAP subject matter expert in Finance. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP FICO module.•\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with other modules and systems.•\tDevelop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.•\tUnderstand finance business processes in detail and apply this knowledge to shape our ERP landscape.•\tPlan, monitor, organize, and oversee projects.•\tBuild effective two-way communication with the internal customers, to understand and manage their expectations/requirements and gather feedback to continually improve systems and ensure customer satisfaction.•\tKeep abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and developments, including changes in business processes. E.g. stay updated with the latest SAP S4/HANA features and functionalities. •\tLead a team of FICO consultants.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience as a SAP FICO Functional AnalystProven experience with SAP S4/Hana implementation and supportProject management experience Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Process Improvement & Optimization skillsFinance\\Project ManagementBusiness AnalysisLeadership skills Data AnalyticsService and Operation ManagementAgile MethodologyCertification in SAP FICO and/or SAP S4/HanaExperience in a multinational corporation
