1. Education
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
2. Qualification
Certified Public Accountant is preferred but not required
3. Experience
1-2 years working experience with multi-national company
With experience in SAP (preferred but not required)
4. Skills
Analytical skills;
Detail-oriented;
Resourceful;
Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft applications, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; and
Good business communication and interpersonal skills
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Achieve internal control objectives as measured by audit results; achieve Type 1 opinion on all scheduled audits with no mention of repeat recommendations.
2. Processing relevant transactions, ensuring compliance with Abbott policies and procedures, and all applicable local and international regulations.
3. Prepare analysis, checking, and reconciliation.
4. Update and run costing.
5. Prepare journal entries.
6. Run reports in S4/HANA.
7. Assist in other relevant tasks that may be assigned by the superiors.
