Your Role
Prepare P&L and balance sheet reports for the area in scopeParticipate in financial data collection, analysis, and variance explanationAddress global and regional FP&A reporting requestsLead the process of budget, forecast and actual best estimate preparation for the area in scopePerform timely month/quarter/year-end close processesLiaise with centralized teams in GBS (RTR, PTP, OTC) and act as a main point of contact for regular casesPrepare financial entriesCompile data and address ad hoc requests from managementMaintain and update financial process documentationParticipate in the initiatives of process streamlining and automationPrepare audit samples and other documentation required by auditManage asset and construction work in progress related processesCommunicate issues, seek for solutionsYour Background
Master degree in Finance or other quantitative scienceMinimum 1 year of experience and knowledge of cost controllingUnderstanding of basic financial processes and their purposeAttention to detail, strong analytical and problem solving skillsGood command of English, both verbal and writtenAble to prepare decisions independently with appropriate level of consultation/communicationTolerance to stress and management of ambiguityAbility to work under pressure and to tight timelinesWhy join us?
