Their role would involve research, data analysis, including financial models and cash flow projections. This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying and selling of commercial properties on behalf of clients **What You’ll Do:** + Financial modeling and analysis of current and prospective transactions. + Developing pro-forma financials, cash flow models, and other financial analysis + Analyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including operating statements, rent rolls, leases, and other due diligence material + Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing materials, including preparation of graphics, illustrations and written content + Compile property data tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing assignments. + Provide broker team with pertinent information on current market conditions and trends. Analyze internal and external data to identify and present trends to broker team and clients.. + Prepares a variety of analyses, presentations and proposals for new business development, including preparation of graphics, illustrations and written content. **What You’ll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The minimum salary for the this position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $70,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
