Experience / skills required:
Prepare manual adjustment entries to statutory books for the 3 legal entities in close coordination with statutory/financial controllerFinancial reportingPreparing and ensuring Supporting documentation is audit-proof.Assist in tax declarations and following up on submissions and paymentsPhysical record retention and bookkeeping including Invoices, contracts, bank reconciliations, minutes of meetings & coordination with 3rd party archiving company. Manage the stamp duty processSupports information needs of external auditors, and state examiners in an effective and timely manner.Act as a point of contact with local supplier’s/customers’ finance teams for local inquiries (including facilities/utilities related processes)Local contact for STP and STC Teams, HR teams where applicable in the local contextGood Knowledge of Lebanese Taxation2+ years of equivalent experience in a similar role.Strong communication and organizational skills - robust and willing to challenge where requiredSupport with the month-end closing tasks by preparing accruals especially for Trade Investment and A&PFlexible Working Statement:
