Finance Analyst – Seeds FC Finance AMEA

Purpose:

Prepare, collect, analyze and provide insightful financial information for the AMEA SFC (budget, LO, actuals, sales forecasts)

Accountabilities:

Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support all key business decisionsRun the key reporting processes to ensure timely completion of budget, forecast and actual information requirements, coordinating across the regions/countries, meet agreed group deadlinesDevelop, implement and provide suitable financial reports to meet the needs of various business partnersIdentify opportunities for automation within the finance department to streamline processes and improve accuracy (SPP, 5YP, BPR processes)Implement and manage financial software solutions to enhance reporting capabilities (Power BI, Power Query, AI)Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate automation tools and ensure seamless data flow

Complexity:

Significant level of complexity of organization supported and business impact • Will be required to use best practices and knowledge of internal business to improve process or servicesSolves problems through selection existing solutions

Experience required for the job:

Working experience of financial reporting systems and toolsUnderstanding of reporting, budgeting, forecasting and planning processes, ideally within a shared service environmentSound understanding of key financial concepts, solid theoretical background in finance and accountingAbility to effectively analyze numerical information, present conclusions and recommendations in a clear wayAbility to work under pressure while keeping high quality of outputAbility to combine attention to details and understanding the big picture

Experience to be gained in the job:

Experience working with different finance teams in a given geography/ and absorbing business knowledge to understand what is behind the numbersTechnical development in finance skillsKnowledge of financial systems

Qualifications
Bachelor/Master/MBA in Economics or FinanceTypically 1-3 years’ experience in Business ControllingDigital MindsetFluent in English
