工作职责:
1、负责客户门店基础食品安全和清洁卫生的审核,超市员工的使用培训和现场产品演示,深入了解客户需求并提供解决方案,提升客户满意度。
2、管理新门店设备的安装,设备的日常预防性维修保养,以及门店的紧急维修需求任务,协助库存管理并合理订单推荐。
3、配合公司、集团层面的促销活动,跟进、追踪所负责门店的订单,实现销售增长。
4、配合销售团队,落实各客户的特殊服务要求,并对异常情况进行及时反馈。
任职要求:
1、 大学专科及以上学历;
2、 具有1至2年商超质量管理或相关行业食品安全经验优先;
3、 具有良好的逻辑思维能力及沟通技巧,高度的责任心及独立解决问题的能力。
4、 处事细致、耐心,有一定的服务意识和吃苦精神。
