Field Service Engineer-TEM, Life Science

Responsibilities

Provide TEM instrumentsservices, including installation, basic training, preventative maintenance, and repair, and compliance service.Contribute to high-value service-related procedures and documents.Work closely with other departments to improve customer experience.Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in the assigned territory.Assist Service Sales Representatives with service orders to ensure flawless execution.Apply electron microscope experience to deliver world-class service.

Position Requirements

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Mechanics, Materials Science, Biology, or related fields.Hands-on technical experience in installing, servicing, repairing, and calibrating complex analysis tools such as SEM, TEM, FIB, or similar systems is preferred.Recent graduates are also considered.Experience in repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems is highly desired.Excellent interpersonal communication skills to foster collaborative relationships.Good in English skills.
