Within our Materials and Minerals group we are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer, in dry / wet stream analysers (Minerals)Coal & Cement analysers and if required extend it to other product lines.
Business Unit - Production Process and Analytics (PPA) (PA) Process AnalyticsLocation: Johannesburg, South Africa
Reports to: Service Manager – Africa
Job Responsibilities:Installation and commissioning of analysers and other related product line applications within the South African and Africa Country borders.Repair and maintenance of analyser systems and other related product line systems within same border lines stated above.Customer remote support.Implementation and organization of internal and external training.Customize training and build new documents.Support in pre -and aftersales.Provide detailed input to the minerals product line strategy with the aim of sustainably growing revenue and customer happiness.Reporting, documentation and creation of protocols according to specifications.Handling of radioactive sources (X-ray, Isotopes)Job Requirements :Instrumentation Trade Test Passed and N6 Instrumentation Diploma or Higher.5 Years Industrial InstrumentationReady to travel 80 % of the time in a year, working in the Mining, Cement and Food industries.Excellent interpersonal communication both written and oral in English.Independent working methods and anticipatory action.Good computer skills.(MS Office)We offer :A job with an innovative, forward-looking employerOutstanding development and career prospects in a globally growing companyAttractive company pension planA corporate culture in which integrity, commitment and innovation are lived.Excellent training opportunities as well as attractive, and comprehensive company benefits.Apply today! http://jobs.thermofisher.com
