What You’ll Do
As part of Oracle Israel marketing team, you’ll be a central player in building and executing programs that support sales and strengthen our customer relationships and analyze the results for data driven execution. Your role will be dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional.
Key responsibilities:
Program & Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-touch marketing programs including webinars, event, executive events, digital campaigns, and more. Collaborate with sales leaders, BDRs, product marketing, global teams, and agencies to align marketing activities with pipeline goals.Analytics & Impact Tracking
Own the full measurement cycle of every program: define KPIs, track ROI, assess pipeline contribution, and monitor lead quality. Build clear reports and dashboards to evaluate success and make data-driven decisions. Be proactive about learning from results and suggesting improvements.Content & Creative Execution
Write, localize, and adapt marketing content – emails, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, event invites, customer success stories, and presentations. Coordinate creative assets and ensure brand consistency across channels.Project Leadership
Manage vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver programs on time and within budget. Balance multiple priorities, changing timelines, and last-minute needs with grace and accountability.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a global tech or SaaS company. Strong analytical mindset – comfortable with tracking performance metrics and reporting outcomes. Experience working with marketing and sales tools (Eloqua, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager – or similar). Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English – written and spoken. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. High energy, curious, adaptable, and ready to learn from both wins and failures.
