The Opportunity

We are looking for a collaboration focused individual to join our team as our Field Activation Executive Foodstuffs. 

In this role you will support the Commercial Activation Manager to drive sales results through your ownership of the amplification and communication of the commercial plan through to the Foodstuffs Field Sales team.  With a flair for relationship building, you will work effectively across multiple internal functions including field, category, sales and marketing, as well as external stakeholders.

Make it uniquely yours

Support the creation of all Foodstuffs North and South Island Field execution plans by communicating promotional and display plans and ensuring internal stakeholder alignment. Maintain and develop the tools and reporting necessary to drive execution forward through data-based decision making and continuous improvement, including Share of Shelf Reporting, Top Selling lines, Display compliance, and Distribution Reporting. Serve as a point of communication for the field sales team.
 

The ingredients you’ll bring

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite, with Power BI skills being advantageous, is required. A professional approach to dealing with others, including the ability to influence and negotiate effectively, is necessary. A can-do attitude, with the ability to pivot and adapt to changing needs, is expected. FMCG experience in the New Zealand market is preferred. A true passion for our consumers, our customers, and our brands is a must!
