Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Global FastTrack team, production, quality, and supply chain, to gather requirements and ensure alignment.System Configuration: Work with the facilities to create standard procedures and processes and work with the Global FastTrack team to oversee the configuration and customization of the FastTrack software to meet the specific needs of the manufacturing processes.Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the FastTrack system.Data Integration: Ensure seamless integration of FastTrack with SAP, Prysmian Cable Design Systems, HMI’s and other enterprise systems.Performance Monitoring: Working with the business establish KPIs and reporting to monitor the performance and adoption of the FastTrack solution, adjusting as necessary to optimize efficiency.Documentation: Help to develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical documentation and user manuals.Compliance: Ensure the MES solution complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on MES implementation in a manufacturing environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MES software (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware, etc.), ERP systems (SAP a plus), and data integration tools.Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.Travel: Must be able to travel for Fit Gap Analysis, training, implementations, and support.Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
