We have been named one of Fortune’s “Most Admired Companies” for 14 consecutive years, recognized by Ethisphere as one of the “World’s Most Ethical Companies” for 12 consecutive years and named one of Fortune’s “Most Innovative Companies” the past 2 years. **About the role:** + As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will manage a team responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of buildings for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium-sized buildings (Hard & Soft Services). **What You'll Do:** + Support the selection and hiring processes for new employees who will join the team. + Schedule and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and train staff. + Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance, working with technicians, vendors, and contractors. + Prepare and manage capital project, operating budgets, and variance reports. + Conduct facility quality control inspections in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities. + Oversee vendor relationships and billing procedures.
