The DuPont's Facilities team is looking a Facilities Analyst – Workplace experience, based in the Barueri, São Paulo office.

This position will be responsible for ensuring an excellent experience for employees, suppliers and customers in our Barueri office. The position will also be responsible for organizing corporate events in our office, ensuring compliance with DuPont safety standards, as well as excellence in organizing high-quality events in conjunction with different suppliers.

Main responsibilities:

Be the focal point for the experience in the physical work environment, including reception, common areas, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces.Propose and implement improvements that make the environment more functional, welcoming and aligned with the company's culture. Organize internal events and engagement actions in the workspace.Support the organization of events held by the local food supplier, being responsible for making the interface between supplier and internal customer, with attention to the details of the event, such as theme, menu, setting, schedule and communication. Support the implementation of well-being and environmental certificationsMonitor and consolidate feedback on the physical environment, proposing adjustments when necessary.Manage area communications, small contracts and monitor site attendance.Support for Well-being and Sustainability Programs initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalentKnowledge of Power Point and ExcelExperience in organizing corporate events is a plusIntermediate English skillsSpanish skills is a plusRelevant experience in Facilities, in workplace/corporate office.Excellent communication skillsProactivity and creativity
