Job Duties

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Provide quality service to our guests and handle guest complainsMonitor guest feedback and assist in implementing improvements based on guest experiences and observationsRotate through the F&B outlets to observe and learn about the differences and to gain more experienceOccasionally assist with event setups and breakdowns, gaining insight into the logistical side of larger scale F&B operations
