As a Supply Network Planner for Pet Food, you play a central role within the Supply network of Pet Food. You will be supporting the Supply & Inventory Planners in the regions, are responsible for an optimal demand-supply balance within our regional plants within the 0-18 months horizon, overlook the global replenishment and stock levels of straights based on agreed inventory plans and service levels, manage KPI’s and drive continuous improvements.
As we are in the process of building and integrating the Pet Food business in TTH, the scope of this position will start with operationalizing Pet Food in our TTH business unit in the four different regions, in close collaboration with your TTH Pet Food team members in the regions and counterparts from ANH. We will be gradually moving to running business but are a new Supply Chain organization within TTH. The focus will therefore strongly be on onboarding our new team members, setting up common processes, including the S&OP process. The candidate therefore needs to have a strong entrepreneurial focus, able to bring structure to this new organization.

**Your key responsibilities**
+ You are responsible for managing the total supply situation (0-18 months) of the Pet Food global network including demand-supply balance, global replenishments of straights and alignments with local supply planners on replenishments to the regions.
+ You are the owner of the Global Supply Review of Pet Food (part of the S&OP process) and you support and provide information/scenarios for the Management S&OP.
+ You are overlooking the global replenishment and stock levels of Pet Food straights to local warehouses in the four regions based on agreed inventory plans, safety stock settings and service levels.
+ You are supporting Supply & Inventory Planners with primary escalations and act as solution provider in case of availability challenges.
+ You collaborate with key-stakeholders (Product Manager, Business Manager, Purchasing, Tolling Managers & Sales) to get essential inputs and reach cross functional consensus.
+ Actively control global inventory levels and inventory quality (including defective stocks) and host MRB meeting to define outlets and action items.

**You bring**
+ Fluent in English
+ Bachelor level or above, major in SC management is preferred.
+ You have excellent communication skills - you quickly correct problems and could effectively interact with all levels of the organization;
+ You have good problem-solving skills and act as a team player. Together with your colleagues, you work towards a common goal. You continuously work to achieve results and you focus on continuous improvement of processes;
+ You are highly organized, have a strong sense of urgency, ability to multi-task with exceptional attention to details;
+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
+ Ability to coop with a rapidly changing organization. Being able to structure information and processes, having an entrepreneurial mindset.
