**Experienced Human Resources Analyst.**
Responsible for providing detailed transactional and administrative support for processes like personnel records, payroll, benefits, and talent management, including bulk data processing,
**Your role:**
+ Responsible for managing the local onboarding process, welcome gifts, send e-mail to the leaders to inform them and to assign the buddy and welcoming to the new employee with more information, Onboarding sessions for day 1, room reservations, onboarding agendas, general local onboarding session, invites and align stakeholders onboarding sessions (Aligned with agenda), manage the attendance sheet for all sessions.
+ Welcoming new employees and directing them to their buddies.
+ Manages the offboarding process, executing the dismissal Interview as well as application, management and monitoring of the factors that are causing dismissal and analysis of retention factors.
+ End-to-end recruitment and hiring process for Factory and Apprentices - including advertising the vacancy, selecting CVs, contacting candidates, interviews, presenting the short list to the manager, scheduling an interview with the manager, feedback, sending an offer letter.
+ Organizing and planning of mandatory trainings.
+ Apprentice management - Contact with SENAI to request vacancies, contact with managers to check the need for apprentices, management of quotas by CNPJ, recruitment and selection process, drawing up contracts for approved apprentices, institutional onboarding at SENAI, attendance control, focal point for apprentices throughout the theoretical and practical apprenticeship period.
+ Manufacturing Vacation Schedule Support - request for the manager: list of employees going on holiday, with their respective holiday period.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You have acquired 2+ years of experience in Human Resources Generalist, including knowledge of Payroll administration, Recruiting, Onboarding & Offboarding of employees, Data Analysis and Engagement Survey.
+ Your skills include intermediate to advanced Data analysis experience with Excel and Power BI, Effective presentations skills using PowerPoint, intermediate English level, Spanish is a plus.
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or related areas.
+ Candidate must be based in Varginha or within commuting distance to Varginha, as the majority of the time the role is onsite.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
