Your New Role…
To provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Head of Drama Development.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Schedules appointments, meetings, etc.
Prepares documents such as deal memos, pay memos, expense reports, and correspondence.
Answers telephones, screens, logs, and places calls.
Generates development reports.
Oversees department intern program
Maintains and organizes a filing system and distributes material.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience…
Work Experience
Previous administrative experience required.
Previous studio television experience highly desirable.
Previous studio and literary agency experience strongly preferred.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or CertificationBA/BS Degree preferred.
Knowledge/SkillsTyping: 50-60 wpm
PC Skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required.
Knowledge of report and letter format.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Other RequirementsKnowledge of file set-up, maintenance, and filing procedures.
Knowledge of basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone. .
Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively.
Must have the ability to work well under time constraints.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to handle confidential information.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
