**Your responsibilities**
You will be responsible for the following:
1. **Calendar Management** : Scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and events to ensure efficient time management.
2. **Communication Handling** : Managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, often prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executive.
3. **Travel Arrangements** : Coordinating travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
4. **Meeting Coordination** : Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items from meetings.
5. **Document Management** : Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and records, both physical and digital.
6. **Expense Management** : Handling expense reports, budgeting, and financial documentation.
7. **Project Support** : Assisting with various projects, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
8. **Confidentiality** : Managing sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
9. **Office Management** : Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
10. **Liaison Role** : Acting as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
**The experience we're looking for**
- Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant, thriving in a dynamic corporate or team environment.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and a familiarity with project management tools, showcasing your tech-savvy efficiency.
- Exceptional organisational acumen, with a talent for prioritising and adapting in a high-velocity workplace.
- Commendable communication skills that allow for graceful stakeholder interactions across all levels.
- A vigilant eye for detail and the utmost discretion in handling sensitive information.
