We are looking for a new colleague who will join our office in Budapest:
 

Tasks:

Support of network infrastructure Operation and maintenance of a Cisco and Scalance based infrastructure (switching, routing, firewall, wireless and identity management) Troubleshooting Support of IT processes (Inicdent, service requests and problem management).

Requirements:

2 year experience in similar environment Knowledge of Cisco devices Up-to-date network knowledge Understanding level of english Distinct personality Customer oriented approach, good communication skills Good problem solving skills Routine in documentation Flexibility, resiliency

Advantage:

CCNA qualification Knowledge of industrial network protocols German language skills Knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 based IT operation model Experience with a scripting language (Powershell, Bash, Python)
