This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in event marketing by doing meaningful work that directly contributes to company momentum.\n \nHow You’ll Find Success\n\nYou’re highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.\nYou take initiative and follow through, progressing work independently with limited guidance and following up consistently—without needing to be reminded.\nYou’re eager to learn and adapt quickly, diving into new tools and processes with curiosity, and striving to get up to speed independently whenever possible.\nYou support complex marketing efforts with precision, helping manage execution while actively looking for ways to improve both efficiency and quality.\nYou’re a clear communicator who builds trust, collaborating effectively across teams and ensuring stakeholders are informed, aligned, and supported.\nYou’re growth-minded and receptive to feedback, seeking opportunities to strengthen your skills and contribute more effectively every step of the way.\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n\nGet hands-on experience supporting large-scale, high-visibility events, building foundational skills in planning, logistics, and execution.\nBe part of a growing team shaping a new Events Center of Excellence, gaining exposure to how strategic event programs are built and scaled.\nWork on exciting, evolving events, contributing to programs that are expanding and adapting, giving you a front-row seat to innovation in action.\nLearn from experienced event professionals, agencies, and vendors, developing your skills through mentorship and real-world collaboration.\n\nThings You’ll Do\n\nProvide operational support to the events team, including managing documentation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining Slack channels for seamless communication.\nTrack and manage event contracts and financial documentation, including quotes, scope of works (SOW) and request for proposals (RFP); collaborate with finance to ensure accurate tracking and timely payments.\nOnboard contractors and agencies, ensuring they have access to necessary systems, documents, and event information to ramp up quickly.\nSupport event execution, coordinating program elements, ordering and managing swag and materials, and assisting with travel arrangements for site visits and customer participation.\nAssist with research and project and deadline management, helping senior team members stay organized and informed across multiple event initiatives.\nDeliver excellent customer and internal support, managing event inboxes and Slack channels, maintaining service plans and documentation, and coordinating attendee services like info desks and accessibility accommodations.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\n3+ years of professional event marketing experience, ideally within a tech company or fast-paced environment.\nHands-on experience with pre-event planning and onsite execution, including customer-facing conferences and internal events such as Sales Kickoffs (SKOs).\nProficient in Slack and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs); experience with Tableau and Salesforce is a plus.\nComfortable working cross-functionally with procurement and finance, especially in managing contracts, SOWs, and payments.\nExperience using event technology platforms such as Cvent, Eventbase, Rainfocus, or Splash is preferred.\nProven ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\nSupportive environment with opportunities to work both autonomously and collaboratively\nFun, inviting, and inclusive work environment\nThis team is made up of passionate, kind, and smart people who exemplify what it means to be a team\n\nOur Team’s Favorite Perks and Benefits\n\nQualtrics Experience Program - $1,800 for an experience of your choosing (eligible after a year)\n30 paid days off - 15 PTO + 5 Personal Days + 10 Holiday Closures (additional after a year)\nOn top of standard benefits package (medical employees and their families, dental, vision, life insurance, etc) we provide snacks, drinks, and free lunches in our offices\n\n \nThe Qualtrics Hybrid Work Model: Our hybrid work model is elegantly simple: we all gather in the office three days a week; Mondays and Thursdays, plus one day selected by your organizational leader.
