\n \nWhy We Have This Role\n \nWe’re investing in this role to elevate the impact and efficiency of our global event programs. This position exists to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile events, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and deliver exceptional attendee experiences. As we scale our Events Center of Excellence, this role will be key in optimizing cross-functional collaboration, and standardizing processes that drive operational excellence. By integrating cutting-edge event technology and collaborating across marketing, sales, and operations, this leader will help us innovate how we engage customers, generate demand, and showcase the power of the Qualtrics brand on a global stage.\n \nHow You’ll Find Success\n\nYou take initiative and drive programs forward with autonomy—leading cross-functional alignment, anticipating needs, and ensuring flawless execution from planning through post-event analysis.\nYou adapt quickly in fast-paced, evolving environments\nYou bring operational excellence to every stage of the event lifecycle—optimizing logistics, budget management, and vendor coordination to improve efficiency and elevate attendee experience.\nYou expertly manage complex events, juggling multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholders while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and delivering high-quality experiences.\nYou are a strategic communicator and trusted collaborator—aligning internal stakeholders, executive sponsors, and external partners to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned programs.\nYou are growth-oriented and feedback-driven, constantly seeking ways to sharpen your event marketing strategy, scale impact, and mentor junior team members.\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n\nContribute to the strategy and execution of large-scale, high-impact events, sharpening your expertise in end-to-end program management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional leadership.\nPlay a key role in shaping and scaling a newly established Events Center of Excellence, helping to define frameworks, processes, and best practices that drive organizational consistency and excellence.\nCollaborate with a network of internal teams, agency partners, and vendors—expanding your influence and sharpening your leadership capabilities through high-level collaboration.\n\nThings You’ll Do\n\nOversee end-to-end planning and delivery of global events and drive important components of Qualtric’s flagship event\nOversee vendors, contractors and agencies in the planning and execution of all event logistics including venue management, food and beverage, audio visual, security, etc.\nDrive the creation of event strategies working with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing, sales and other departments to ensure events meet business objectives\nContribute to the integrated marketing campaigns for events, collaborating on driving registrations, enabling the sales team, reporting and tracking success metrics\nOversee event technology,  including but not limited to pre-event registration, onsite registration, mobile apps, meeting scheduling and integrations, collaborating with event tech vendors and the  marketing ops team\nPlay a pivotal role in building an Events Center of Excellence by developing and driving the adoption of scalable guidelines, streamlined processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures that elevate execution across the organization\nCompile, and enlighten potential opportunities for new event programs\nDevelop and execute novel event approaches to drive customer engagement through events\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\n6+ years of professional event marketing experience, ideally within a tech company or fast-paced environment.\nHands-on experience with planning and execution for a variety of events such as customer-facing conferences, executive events, roadshows, third party events and internal events such as Sales Kickoffs (SKOs).\nExperience working functionally - especially with sales, customer success, sales enablement and field marketing teams\nExperience working within an integrated marketing model\nExperience developing, analyzing and tracking marketing success metrics\nProven ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities with strong organization and attention to detail.\nExperience in Salesforce, proficient in Slack and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs), experience with Tableau is a plus\nExperience using event technology platforms such as Cvent, Eventbase, Rainfocus, or Splas\n\nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\nSupportive environment with opportunities to work both autonomously and collaboratively\nFun, inviting, and inclusive work environment\nThis team is made up of passionate, kind, and smart people who exemplify what it means to be a team\n\nOur Team’s Favorite Perks and Benefits\n\nQualtrics Experience Program - $1,800 for an experience of your choosing (eligible after a year)\n30 paid days off - 15 PTO + 5 Personal Days + 10 Holiday Closures (additional after a year)\nOn top of standard benefits package (medical employees and their families, dental, vision, life insurance, etc) we provide snacks, drinks, and free lunches in our offices\n\n \nThe Qualtrics Hybrid Work Model: Our hybrid work model is elegantly simple: we all gather in the office three days a week; Mondays and Thursdays, plus one day selected by your organizational leader.
