This role will be instrumental in shaping leadership development, performance management, and learning strategies across the region. You will work closely with senior leaders and People partners to build a strong leadership pipeline and foster a high-performance culture aligned with CBRE’s values and business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** **Leadership Development** + Identify leadership capability gaps across the APAC region through data, insights, and stakeholder engagement. + Design and implement scalable, sustainable leadership development programs tailored to regional and cultural nuances. + Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously enhance learning experiences. **Learning & Development** + Deliver high-impact soft skills and leadership training across diverse markets in APAC. + Develop and implement learning strategies that support business transformation and talent growth. + Leverage CBRE’s global learning platforms and tools to drive engagement and accessibility. **Performance Management** + Lead the evolution of performance management practices to support a culture of continuous feedback and development. + Partner with HR and business leaders to embed performance frameworks that align with CBRE’s strategic priorities. + Provide coaching and support to managers on effective performance conversations and goal setting. **Stakeholder Engagement** + Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior leaders, HR business partners, and functional teams across APAC. + Influence and collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align talent strategies with business needs. + Act as a subject matter expert and advisor on talent and learning best practices. **Qualifications & Experience:** + 7-8 years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational development, preferably in a regional role. + Proven experience in delivering soft skills and leadership training. + Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and tools. + Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. + Experience working in a matrixed, fast-paced, and culturally diverse environment. + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. + Coaching or facilitation certification is a plus. **Why Join CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of a global leader in commercial real estate and investment services that help businesses and people thrive.
