Job Description: EHS is responsible for developing, implementing and improving Environment, Health and Safety program to achieve full compliance and zero incident. EHS team proactively drive continuous improvement EHS cultural excellence and Sustainability goal and need to assist management team in executing 3M EHS priorities, metrics, goal and requirements. Recent, local regulations strengthen more than before especially chemical control act and environmental act. So, environment engineer will be having a responsibility and accountability to comply local regulation and 3M EHS policy. And environment engineer role will ensure sustain and stable production with compliance for Naju plant. Besides leading environment programs & projects, conducting audits, investigations, consulting regards environment issues also belong to environment engineer role.
