E **ssential Duties:**
+ Responsible for the management and support of PECNA’s application portfolio. The primary focus will be SAP and our journey to S4 however the role will also be responsible for overall architecture, support, maintenance, and deployments of commercial software within PECNA.
+ In addition, the EAM will partner with the business to expand S4 to additional business functions where operational efficiency gains can be achieved.
+ Responsible for driving the organization towards platform-based application solutions.
+ Collaborate with business managers and end-users for the effective use of IT.
+ Promote ERP(SAP) system and integrated system such as MES implementations.
+ Promote the usage and expansion of IT services, collaborate with global and local IT organizations.
+ Responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects, ongoing operations which are directed toward a common objective. Works with constituent Project to monitor cost, schedule, risks and technical performance of component projects and operations, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the program. Responsible for stakeholder management, particularly stakeholders internal or external to the organization.
+ Responsible for the management of the entire set of projects undertaken by the organization in a manner that optimizes the ROI from these projects and ensures their alignment with the organization strategic objectives. Interact with senior managers, executives, and major stakeholders to establish strategic plans and objectives for the organization. Also be responsible for the organization-wide integration of consistent project management methodologies and terminology.
+ Manage the continuous optimizations of IT Systems services.
+ Continuously promote the high availability of service for critical customer applications.
+ Follow and promote PECNA and US Company (Parent company) policies and procedures.
+ Promote the usage and expansion of IT services, collaborate with global and local IT organizations.
+ Evaluate IT solution effectiveness for business contribution with KPI measuring.
+ Skilled in the delivery of IT application and infrastructure services.
+ Compliance, audit, and IT metrics responsibilities.
+ Effectively manage IT services using performance metrics and proven IT methodologies.
+ Evaluate service delivery performance and take corrective actions with appropriate IT staff.
+ Make recommendations for ongoing process improvement.
+ Develop the business scheme between TESLA, Suppliers, and PECNA.
+ Develop and maintain the customer IT service offering.
+ Develop the customer IT service offering to lead mid-term IT planning.
+ Improve the working relationship between IT and Business users.
+ Develop support evidence for SOX Compliance audit.
+ Improve the working relationship between IT and Business users.
+ Develops Return on Investment (ROI) analysis scenarios for new projects or new services.
+ Provides leadership through insight and vision, leads by example.
+ Assists in the development of job accountabilities and objectives.
**Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements:**
+ To ensure the health and safety in the workplace and for the protection of our employees, wearing PPE is a requirement for some roles at PECNA and may include equipment such as a full Tyvek suit, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses, face mask, bump cap, and a full hazmat suit that includes a respirator.

**Qualifications**
**Requirements - Required and/or Preferred:**
**Education:**
+ Basic/Required: Bachelor’s degree in IT Business, Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related degree, and/or equivalent related work experience
**Essential Qualifications:**
+ Customer focused and business sensitive attitude.
+ Perform IT solution with manufacturing SCM knowledge.
+ Own business project leading attitude.
+ Issue tracking & resolution with organized skilled knowledge base approach.
+ Good verbal and written communication skills with all levels of business and IT management.
+ Ability to influence and persuade management for providing business appropriate IT solutions.
+ Ability to create and present electronic and spoken presentations.
+ Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills.
+ Ambitious and flexibility.
+ Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 7 years of experience in managing and delivering IT services in assembly and production manufacturing industry (international desirable)
+ Experience in managing complex project teams including outsource IT developer organizations.
+ Experience in business process re-engineering of systems application
+ Experience in the delivery of IT Services:
+ SAP ERP Modules; Sales/Distribution, Customer Relationship Management, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, Human Capital Management & Finance.
+ Infrastructure services
+ End User Services
+ Experience in managing budgets and financial expectations (ROI analysis)
+ Customer focused and business sensitive attitude for applying effective procurement & manufacturing SCM IT solutions
+ Promote high quality IT solutions ERP, MES (Manufacturing Execution System)
+ Promote creative and innovative IT services
+ Identify, research, solve and prevent service quality problems
+ Good verbal and written communication skills with all levels of business and IT management
+ Ability to influence and persuade management for providing business appropriate IT solutions
