We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering project scheduling, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience with Jira. As an Engineering Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our engineering projects are planned, tracked, and executed efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scheduling parameters. Utilize Agile methodologies to create and manage sprint plans, backlogs, and release schedules. Monitor engineering resource allocations and update changes to the plan. Use Jira to track and manage project tasks, issues, workload, and workflows, ensuring accurate and up-to-date project information. Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates, providing status reports to project stakeholders. Facilitate stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team. Identify and mitigate risks related to project schedules, resource allocation, and dependencies.Continuously improve scheduling processes and tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Preferred bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.Advance level of english is a mustProven experience as an Engineering Scheduler or in a similar role within an engineering, production or technology environment. Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. Experience using Jira for project scheduling and task management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP). Experience in the transportation or mobility industry.Familiarity with other project management tools and software.
