+ Implement and execute capacity and capability management under the guidance of the Business Manager. + Ensure efficient workflow by coordinating with cross-functional teams and understanding project scope and technical requirements. + Drive process improvements to meet financial targets. + Lead and develop a high-performing team, managing performance and career growth. + Support and promote a high-performance culture and business transformation initiatives. + Define goals, performance metrics, and strategies in collaboration with leadership. + Provide technical guidance and engineering judgment to support customer projects and resolve issues. + Strengthen customer relationships, anticipate needs, and provide proactive solutions. + Ensure compliance with all policies, quality standards, and security practices. + University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent) in Engineering or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in product certification. 1-2 years of leadership experience (preferred). + Project management expertise and strong customer management skills. + Excellent communication in English & Spanish. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to promote technical solutions. + Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration, trust-building, and driving results. + Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
