About the team:
This team is generally responsible for Manufacturing. To develop time standards in the areas of machining, assembly and testing processes through work measurement and audit adherence.

 

What you can look forward to as Engineer ME (m/f/d):

Developing methods analysis techniques and standards Developing and establishing work standards for new products and current products as part of productivity improvement activities Identification of wastes in the manufacturing processes Floor plan layout planning and revision control across all sites  Virtual simulation floor plan layout at plant level to identify and eliminate flow bottlenecks Publishing standard manpower requirement based on demand Defining ergonomic standards in manufacturing equipment and maintaining material handling standards for in-house processes

Your Profile as Engineer ME (m/f/d):

BE in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering. Post-graduation in any of these disciplines would be an added advantage Minimum of 5 years in industrial engineering function or production engineering function & 3 years in work study, time measurement and establishment of standards. The person must possess hands-on experience in conducting and establishing time study. Experience in work measurement for machining, assembly and testing processes.  Knowledge of MOST methodology or other simulation techniques and industrial engineering practices is a must.  The person must be able to conduct work analysis through video study and identify areas for waste elimination.
