You will also provide timely responses to general customer inquiries and efficiently manage and fulfill customers’ orders to generate clean invoices for efficient accounts receivable handling.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Enter quote details, recommended product model codes, and miscellaneous items (documents and services) in the system and check for completeness of commercial requirements for Tier 0 orders. Validate and calculate pricing using offline pricing tools. Check and extract customer-specific information from business systems. Provide product lead times based on system data. Review configuration datasheets and validate them against customer requirements. Validate and check customer-provided model codes for correctness and applicability based on customer specifications and current product offerings. Coordinate with factory personnel, inside sales, and customer support teams to monitor the status of RFQs, orders, buyouts, shipment holds, shipment status, and inspections.Who You Are:
