We are looking for an outstanding Engineer II, Systems Infrastructure support to join our team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide support to maintain our competitive edge.
Key responsibilities are:
· Ensure system security and data integrity
· Provide technical support and training to users
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
· Maintain detailed documentation of systems and procedures
· Collaborate with other engineers to deploy new technologies.
Skills/ Qualification/ Experience
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science, IT Project Management, etc.) or relevant certification or relevant experience · 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role
· Proven knowledge of networking, VPN, and remote access tools
· Knowledge of Azure AD, Exhange, and Microsoft OS & Tools
· Experience with ITSM tools and solutions, such as ServiceNow
· Understanding of SLA and KPI consistency and management
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work independently and multi-functionally
· Strong time management and organizational skills
· Adaptability to changing technologies and client needs
· Fluent in English written and spoken.
