· Carrying out the repair of breakdowns or problems and making the corresponding reports.

· Attend to a variety of tasks including electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repairs.

· Recording daily consumption readings.

· Supervision of exterior installations.

· Initiating the activity of the merchandise and its cessation at the end of the shift assigned to it.

· Carry out preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment.

· Implementing the corresponding health and safety rules, to ensure the proper functioning of the hotel's facilities and equipment.
