Primary Duties and Responsibilities
\nConduct Plant Room Checks and repairs: Regularly inspect and monitor the plant room to ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely. Document any irregularities and report them promptly.
\nProvide Shift Cover as Needed: Be prepared to cover shifts, including weekends, to ensure continuous operations and maintenance of equipment. Flexibility in scheduling will be essential.
\nPerform Basic Plumbing Tasks: Carry out routine plumbing duties such as fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and maintaining drainage systems as require
\nPerform Basic Electrical Tasks: Assist with simple electrical repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
\nAssist the Back of House (BOH) Engineer with Daily Tasks: Support the BOH engineer on various daily assignments, contributing to team efforts and enhancing operational efficiency.
\nComplete Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM): This includes but is not limited to:
\nGrouting and tiling as necessary to maintain aesthetic and functional standards.
\nApplying silicone in appropriate areas to prevent leaks and ensure sealing.
\nServicing Fan Coil Units (FCUs) to ensure they are functioning optimally.
\nReplacing plasterboard in areas where wear and tear is observed to maintain structural integrity.
\nConducting French polishing and basic painting tasks to maintain the appearance and condition of surfaces.

ELIGIBILITY
\n\nIn line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.\nDocumentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status)\n\n\n
